Synopsis

My Review
This was a fantastic story. I just loved how it opened up straight away knowing that you were dealing with con artists. I listened to the audiobook and loved the narrator's voice she added to the atmosphere and tension of the book. The pauses in the book were a little longer than expected but I soon got into the audiobook and liked the rhythm and pace that was created. I just loved how the author developed the characters, where your deliberately not allowed to know too much a out them creating the air of mystery. This led me to think more while trying to work out what would happen next. Your were suspicious of everyone and not knowing who you could trust really created the fantastic storyline. This book is very character driven and heavily lies upon the tension created. Its a very unique way of creating a story that I really liked. I have a feeling that this book might just be like marmite you going to understand and appreciate the difference in style and love it or just don't get the difference in style and hate it. I always tell people to read or listen the free sample and im sure you will like it just like me.
You may like me think you have worked out the ending, it might even be the right person. But how the ending develops that is definitely worth the wait.
I recommend this book to all thriller fans who is looking for a great summer read a story that develops slowly into a brilliant tension filled roller coaster.
I most certainly will be looking out for more books by this author as I just loved the difference in style of writing.
